In April 2023, I turned in my Louboutin heels and walked out of my Project Coordinator role managing over 15M in projects at a private corporation.
I’d earned the job at age 24, while in the middle of switching industries and entering the unknown. I spent 80 hours a week in the office streamlining operations and overseeing 15M in projects, refusing to clock out until the last exec left for the evening.
You see, I truly thrived in the fast-paced environment. But where I struggled was in watching both the CEO and President working around the clock, working with teams that weren’t aligned, and creating non-existent boundaries to ensure everyone felt supported.
The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I took a step back realized this wasn’t just a problem within my current company, but throughout organizations across the world.
That was the point everything changed.
I was NOT going sit back and continue to watch founders + execs work themselves into the ground to not see the ROI.
So, The Noelle Project was born. It is time for founders + execs to feel supported. It is time for someone to provide the true assistance high-achievers deserved. It is time for business owners to get back to focusing on growing their businesses not surviving within it.
