I began my career inside a fast paced private corporation where I managed more than fifteen million dollars in projects and served as the operational link between executives, teams, and clients. At twenty four, I was navigating complex workflows, building structure where there was none, and supporting leaders who relied on precise execution and strategic clarity.

What I witnessed every day became impossible to ignore. Founders and executives were exhausted, overwhelmed, and buried in responsibilities that pulled them away from the work that created the most impact. Teams lacked alignment, operations were reactive, and the people responsible for driving the company forward rarely had the support or structure they needed to succeed.

The problem was not capability.

That realization became the turning point.
